Dr. Kevin Flatt

Dr. Kevin Flatt is a professor of history at Redeemer University, where he serves as the associate  dean of humanities and teaches a range of courses covering Canadian, European, and world history. As a scholar, he has published widely on Protestantism in Canada and on the secularization of Western societies. His research has been covered by media outlets such as CBC Radio, Christianity  Today, Maclean’s magazine, the National Post, the New York Times, and the Washington Post. He is currently writing a book on the history of secularization from a global perspective. Kevin lives with his wife Alicia and their three children in his hometown of Kitchener, Ontario.
